G.K. Chesterton:   “I don’t deny that there should be priests to remind men that they will one day die.  I only say that at certain strange epochs it is necessary to have another kind of priests, called poets, actually to remind men that they are not dead yet.”

The last few weeks  I have been worried and angry.  Worried about the election and angry at some of our country’s leaders.  Like many planet-inhabiters, I am wondering what the future holds.

I can feel myself creeping off my center:  that place where my life is serene in its quiet moments.

My blog has become political and cynical.  It is time to turn to other matters.

Like pumpkin patches…
